Alternative Sprockets JT Sprockets offers you a wide range of sprockets. Some of the sprockets have multiple fittings for a number of different model applications. Therefore sometimes you can use another sprocket as well as the listed part number.
Let us explain this with an example:

As you can see, all three sprockets have the same dimensions, but additional fixing holes.
Therefore instead using the sprocket "JTF 566", you can also use the sprockets JTF 513 or JTF 519 - the dimensions are the same and you do not need the additional fixing holes! We show this in our buyers guide with: "You can also use "
Instead the sprocket "JTF 513" you may also use the sprocket "JTF 519", which has additional holes. The sprocket "JTF 566" will not fit, because the holes are missing. But "JTF 513" is an alternative for "JTF 566". We show this in our buyers guide with: "Is an Alternative for"
Please note, that these sprockets are not interchangeable both ways, i.e. JTF 566 cannot be used to replace JTF 513, because of the missing fixing holes!
