We would like to congratulate British Superbike rider Peter Hickman and the Royal Air Force Reserves Team for a tremendous victory at Cadwell Park.
The weekend was certainly one to remember for Peter Hickman and the Royal Air Force Reserves Team. After being declared a wet race Peter made an impressive start, jumping from 5th to 2nd position by the first bend. Before the opening lap was complete Peter had made his way into top spot and set about opening up an impressive gap over championship leader Shane Byrne.
As the race progressed, so did Peter`s lead on the Fireblade, and riding solidly in difficult conditions he brought the Honda home in triumphant fashion to claim his and the team’s first ever victory in British Superbikes - A huge achievement for Peter, team principle Lee Hardy, and the entire Royal Air Force Reserves Honda Team.
